Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Eden Research plc, a leading UK agrochemical development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Mocatta (MA FCA) as non-executive Director, effective immediately. John is a chartered accountant with over 40 years of Board level experience in a range of quoted and private companies.
Since 1982, John has specialised in providing strategic planning and corporate finance advice and assistance to the owners and management of growing private companies. During the past five years, John has masterminded and managed the admission of four companies to the Alternative Investment Market as well as being involved in fund raising activities for several private companies.
Ken Brooks, non-executive Chairman of Eden Research plc said:

John Mocatta is currently director of the following companies:
- ARC Risk Management Group Plc (previously Perthshire Leisure Plc)
- Polacks House Educational Trust Ltd
John Mocatta has been a director of the following companies during the past five years:
- Supreme Plastics Group Plc
- Kitecroft Limited
- Hamilton Terrace Tenants Association
- Medpharma Plc (dissolved)
