Extended agreement with Cheminova

Eden Research plc ("Eden Research"), a leading UK agrochemical development company, announces that it has extended its licencing agreement with Cheminova for its terpene based botrytis treatment, originally announced on 14 May 2007, to cover additional territories including Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Milestone payments and royalty payments will be extended under the current agreement once marketing of the product commences in the new territories.
