Director's Shareholding
On 5 October 2005 Eden Research plc ("the Company") was informed that earlier
the same day Craig Herron, Chairman, purchased 17,050 shares in the Company at
14p per share. He now holds 67,050 shares in the Company, representing 0.15%
of the issued share capital.
Pursuant to this purchase, the aggregate directors' holdings in Eden Research
plc is now 1.22%.
