Director's Shareholding
On 6 October 2005 Eden Research plc ("the Company") was informed that earlier the same day Craig Herron, Chairman, purchased 49,950 shares in the Company at 16.5p per share. He now holds 117,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.26% of the issued share capital.
Pursuant to this purchase, the aggregate directors' holdings in Eden Research plc is now 1.33%.
