Death of Non-Executive Director
It is with great sadness that the Board of Eden Research plc announces the death of Craig Herron, who passed away at the end of last week. Mr Herron had served as a Director of Eden Research since October 2002 firstly as Chairman and latterly as a Non Executive Director.
Tim Griffiths, CEO of Eden Research plc said:
"Craig was a great support to me and the Board. He gave Eden the benefit of considerable wise counsel based on his vast experience in the business. It is with great sadness that we announce his death today. He will be greatly missed and we pass on our greatest sympathy to his family."
