Grant of Options
On 8 June 2006 the Board of Eden Research plc granted options to the following directors under the terms of its Executive Share Option Scheme:

| Timothy Griffiths | 500,000 |
| Craig Herron | 150,000 |
| Robert Allen | 150,000 |
The options can be exercised at a price of 20 pence per share and have been granted in recognition of the directors’ efforts over the past 8 months to bring Eden towards commercialisation and as a result of the Company’s low remuneration policy. The options can be exercised any time up to 8 June 2011.
