Eden Research plc (previously trading as XiMed Group plc), the agrochemical and pharmaceutical company, announces its results for the year ended 31 December 2003.
OVERVIEW
- Acquired Eden Research Inc to expand product portfolio
- Raised £330,000 for working capital purposes
- Arista Biologics Inc. ('Arista') to market products in the US
- Trials for Pierces' Disease cure progressing well - results expected soon
- Extensive portfolio of products - a number close to commercialisation
Eden CEO Tim Griffiths said:
