Director Shareholding
Eden Research, a leading UK agrochemical development company, announces that Stephen O'Brien, a non- executive director of the Company, has been issued 47,059 ordinary shares at 42.5p per share, the closing mid-market price on 9 July 2008. This award of shares is in lieu of Mr O'Brien's fees and he has agreed to be locked-in for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Mr O'Brien holds 47,059 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
