Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Eden Research plc, a leading UK agrochemical development company, today announces that it will be holding its AGM on Tuesday 21 June 2011 at 12 noon at The Old Forge, The Audley End Business Centre, London Road, Wendens Ambo, CB11 4JL.
The 2010 Annual Report and AGM notice will be sent out to shareholders before the end of May 2011.
