Board Changes
Eden Research plc (OFEX: EDE), a leading UK agrochemical and pharmaceutical company, announces a reorganisation of its Board. The Company is pleased to announce that Ken Brooks, a current non-executive Director has been appointed non-executive Chairman. Craig Herron, non-executive Chairman is retiring from his role, but is remaining on the Board as a non-executive Director.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Allen as Finance Director. Robert, 43, is a qualified chartered accountant with 14 years post qualification experience at KPMG. Robert is an Executive Director and Company Secretary at AIM-traded Multimedia Television plc.
Tony Baldry, non-executive Director and David Collins, Finance Director, are stepping down from the Board to pursue other business interests.
Pursuant to paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the Ofex Rules, there is no additional information to be disclosed.
