Unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005
Eden Research plc (“Eden”), a leading UK agrochemical development company and owner of intellectual property rights in terpene formulations and encapsulation, today announces its unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005.
Eden focuses on pioneering solutions to plant and human health problems in commercial areas where the current alternatives are not suitable, and is currently conducting trials worldwide with academic institutions, independent contract researchers, and commercial partners.
Highlights
- Successful field trials for control of a variety of major crop diseases
- Further encouraging laboratory and glasshouse results showing good nematode control
- Important plant disease control patent granted
