Eden Research plc (“Eden”), a leading UK agrochemical development company and owner of intellectual property rights in terpene formulations and encapsulation, today announces its unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 31st December 2005.
Eden focuses on pioneering solutions to plant and human health problems in commercial areas where the current alternatives are not suitable, and is currently conducting trials worldwide with academic institutions, independent contract researchers, and commercial partners.
Tim Griffiths, Chief Executive, Eden Research plc said:
“This has been the most significant year for Eden, as we have proven our products to be both effective and competitive in the ongoing registration trials. We have further developed our technology to enhance surface coverage and effectiveness, which will add to the significant advantages we can already offer.
“Commercialisation of our product portfolio has now commenced through our partnerships with Redestos and Xeda. We will continue to pursue partnerships with other international partners that provide real, commercial opportunities and create shareholder value.”
