Board change
Eden Research plc announces that John Mocatta has stepped down as a non executive director of the Company having reached the age of 70.
Ken Brooks, Chairman of Eden commented:
“We wish John all the best in the future. He has offered good counsel in his short time on the board as a non executive and, in particular, has provided sound advice on the future funding of the business.”
