Biofungicide Label Extension in Spain

Mevalone®, marketed as Araw® by Sipcam Iberia, has received regulatory approval in Spain for use against powdery mildew, botrytis cinerea, rust, and sclerotinia across 54 new horticultural crops. The expanded label covers high-value crops including avocado, mango, cherry, chickpea, green bean, asparagus, leek, and artichoke. Since its launch in 2016, Araw has become a leading biofungicide in Spain’s horticultural sector. This label extension opens new commercial opportunities in growing markets such as avocado and almond, the latter being Spain’s third largest tree crop, and supports Eden’s revenue growth plans for 2025 and beyond.
