Eden has partnered with M H Poskitt ("Poskitt") to develop and trial a new bio-fungicide product designed to protect and improve the quality of vegetables. M H Poskitt is a family owned farming business based in East Riding, Yorkshire, specialising in the growing and packing of root vegetables for leading supermarkets and is a leading producer of carrots in the UK.

The Company announces that its registered office address has changed with immediate effect to 67C Innovation Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England, OX14 4RQ. Going forward, all formal notices and general correspondence should be sent to the new address.

The change follows Eden's recently reported move to its new laboratory and office facilities inMilton Park, one ofEurope's leading science and technology communities.

Eden has been notified that Mevalone® has received authorisation for use on table and wine grapes in Serbia via regional distributor K&N Efthymiadis ('KNE') and that its commercial collaborator, Eastman Chemical Company ("Eastman"), has received authorisation for the sale of Cedroz™ in France.

We are pleased to announce that our bio-nematicide product Cedroz™ is now approved for use on a number of crops in Spain. The authorisation covers both indoor and outdoor use to tackle root-knot nematodes. For full details click here.
