First Mevalone authorisation for domestic use
Gardeners in Italy now have access to Eden's flagship biofungicide, Mevalone®, following regulatory approval by the Italian regulators for home garden use to control a number of important plant pathogens affecting the home grower. This is the first time that one of Eden's products has been approved by a regulator for domestic use.

New distribution agreement for Mevalone in France
Corteva France has been appointed as Eden's exclusive supplier of Mevalone® in France to market, distribute and sell Eden's fungicide product across the nation. The Agreement with Corteva will be implemented immediately with commercial progress expected over the course of the next year as Eden transitions from its current distribution arrangements.

Organic Certification in Greece
Mevalone and Cedroz have been approved for use in organic farming in Greece. The certification, received by Eden's regional partner, K&N Efthymiadis ('KNE'), follows the authorisation of Eden's three EU-registered active ingredients for use in organic farming in 2020.

Eden granted US EPA regulatory approval
The US EPA has granted Eden Research regulatory approval for or all five petitions submitted, covering the Company's three active ingredients (eugenol, geraniol and thymol) and two formulated products (Mevalone ® and Cedroz ™). The EPA approval of Eden's products and active ingredients will open significant revenue opportunities for Eden, with a total market potential of approximately €94m for Mevalone and €189m for Cedroz.

Milestone Reached in the US Registration Process
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that it has granted Eden's plastic-free, microencapsulation technology, Sustaine®, an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues in pesticide formulations in pre-harvest applications to crops. This is a key milestone with Eden now in the final stages of a process which should result in its three active ingredients (eugenol, geraniol and thymol) and two formulated products (Mevalone and Cedroz) receiving authorisation in the US in 2022.

New Major Crop Use for Mevalone® in France

Distribution Agreement for Mevalone in North Africa
Eden has signed an agreement with Sipcam Oxon ("Sipcam") which allows Sipcam to market, distribute and sell, on an exclusive basis, Eden's fungicide product, Mevalone®, in four North African countries, where it will be marketed as "Araw®".
